报道了用新型络合物非线性光学材料硫氰酸汞镉(CMTC)晶体实现激光二极管室温下直接倍频,产生蓝紫光激光输出。基频光功率为1.98W,波长为808nm,用长度为4mm的CMTC晶体,获得404nm波长的倍频光功率为11.8mW,SHG非线性转换效率为0.60%。
Reported the use of a new type of complex non-linear optical material mercury cadmium thiocyanate (CMTC) crystals to achieve direct laser diode frequency doubling at room temperature to produce a blue-violet laser output. The fundamental optical power is 1.98W and the wavelength is 808nm. The CMCD crystal with length of 4mm obtains the octave optical power at 404nm wavelength of 11.8mW and the SHG nonlinear conversion efficiency of 0.60%.
