贵阳工具厂位于贵阳市郊花溪大道边,1965年,曾建造四层砖混结构住宅11幢。这些住宅,系混凝土空心预制板楼盖,刚性屋面,两个单元组成一幢,三家合用厕所,且每户未构成完善的套型平面,建筑水平较低(建筑平面如图1)。为改善职工居住条件,在无能力拆除重建和另辟住宅小区的情况下,采用了加层改造的办法,取得了较好的效果。对这项加层改造的设计,我们提出了三
Guiyang Tools Factory is located on the side of Huaxi Avenue in the outskirts of Guiyang City. In 1965, it had built 11 buildings of four-storey brick-concrete structure. These dwellings are made of concrete hollow prefabricated floor slabs, rigid roofs, two units that form a single building, three shared toilets, and each household does not constitute a complete set of flats with a low level of construction (the building level is shown in Figure 1).
