为摸清聊城市食品的卫生质量状况,对1997年生产经营的7种食品457份样品进行了卫生质量检验,结果报告如下:对全市生产经营的白酒、酱油、食醋、冷饮、植物油、肉制品和糕点.所检样品按要求随机采样.按国家食品卫生标准检验和判断.检验结果 白酒合格率为87.21%(75/86).单项指标合格率:甲醇为97.70%,杂醇油为93.02%,锰为98.84%,、铅为100.00%.酱油合格率为37.50%(12/32).单项指标合格率:细菌总数为46.88%,大肠菌群68.75%,食盐93.75%,总酸50%,氨基酸态氮90.62%.食醋合格率为50%(17/32).单项指标合格率:细菌总数64.71%,大肠菌群73.53%,醋酸91.18%,游离矿酸100.00%.冷饮合格率为52.42%(65/124).单项指标合格率:细菌总数56.45%,大肠菌群66.13%,糖精92.75%.糕点合格率为86.25%(69/80).单项指标合格率:细菌总数90.00%,大肠菌
In order to find out the hygienic condition of food in Liaocheng City, 457 samples of 7 kinds of food in 1997 were examined for their hygienic quality. The results are reported as follows: The liquor, soy sauce, vinegar, cold drink, vegetable oil and meat Products and cakes. The samples were sampled according to the requirements of random sampling. According to national food hygiene standards test and determine the test results liquor pass rate of 87.21% (75/86). Single indicators pass rate: methanol was 97.70%, fusel oil 93.02 %, Manganese was 98.84%, Lead was 100.00%. The pass rate of soy sauce was 37.50% (12/32). The qualified rate of single index was 46.88%, coliform 68.75%, salt 93.75%, total acid 50% , Amino acid nitrogen 90.62% .The pass rate of vinegar was 50% (17/32) .The single pass rate was 64.71% of total bacteria, 73.53% of coliform, 91.18% of acetic acid and 100.00% of free mineral acid.The qualified rate of cold drink was 52.42% (65/124) .The single pass rate was 56.45% of total bacteria, 66.13% of coliform bacteria and 92.75% of saccharin.The pass rate of pastry was 86.25% (69/80) Coliform bacteria
