The centrality of urban areas determines the leading role of urban work in social development and at the same time determines the central role of urban women’s work in the development of women as a whole. With the arrival of the new world and the gradual establishment of a socialist market economic system and the progress of urban modernization, urban communities have become an important foundation for party building, regime building, social stability and mass work. Women’s federations at all levels must adapt to changing situations and look for women workers in the overall plan for community building implemented by the party and government
