组织史资料编纂工作在我省开展十多年的时间里，已经取得了丰硕的成果。但是，作为一项较新的工作，无论是在认识程度上还是在操作方法上都还要进一步提高。全省组织史资料编纂工作会议后，各市地和省直机关、部分企事业单位，认真贯彻会议精神，在总结前段工作的基础上，安排部署编纂组织史资料第三卷本。为进一步做好下步编写工作，我们汇集了部分市委、大专院校党委组织部领导及编辑人员，就如何做好组织史续编工作，发表各自见解，摘要如下。
Organizational history data compilation work carried out in our province more than a decade, has achieved fruitful results. However, as a newer undertaking, there is still a need to further improve both in terms of awareness and method of operation. After organizing the work conference for the compilation of historical information of the entire province, municipalities and provincial authorities and some enterprises and public institutions conscientiously carried out the spirit of the conference and, on the basis of summarizing the previous work, arranged the deployment and compilation of the third volume of organizational history materials. In order to further prepare for the next step, we bring together leaders and editors of the Party Committee and Party Organizations of some municipalities and tertiary institutions and make their own opinions on how to do a good job of reorganizing organizational history.
