采用凝胶电泳法,测定和分析了泡桐丛枝病株根、干、枝韧皮部和叶4个部位过氧化物(POD)同功酶季节性变化。结果表明,泡桐病株的不同部位过氧化物同功酶季节性变化规律是不同的。枝韧皮部各生长季节POD同功酶较健株少1条;根韧皮部和叶各生长季节POD同功酶较健株少2条,所不同的是根韧皮部酶带减少的位置在健株的第3条和第5条处,而叶则是在第5条和第6条处;干韧皮部病株POD同功酶,在休眠期和封顶期与健株相同,在展叶期和速生期较健株少1条。
By gel electrophoresis, the seasonal changes of peroxidase (POD) isoenzyme in four parts of the roots, stems, branches and phloem of paulownia bush were determined and analyzed. The results showed that the seasonal changes of peroxidase isoenzyme in different parts of Paulownia disease were different. In the phloem, the number of POD isoenzymes was 1 less than that of healthy plants in each growing season. There were 2 less POD isoenzymes in roots and leaves than in healthy plants in the growing season. The difference was that 3 and 5, while leaves were at 5 and 6; dry phloem POD isozymes, dormancy and capitation with the same strain, in the exhibition and fast-growing period than the Less plant health 1.
