Ningxia recently promulgated the “Opinions on Accelerating the Construction of Public Leisure Forest Parks” (hereinafter referred to as the “Opinions”), stipulating that by 2017, all cities and counties (districts) in the region should build a wetland, covering an area of 1000 mu to 5000 Mu of people leisure forest park. This means that after 4 years, each city and county (district) of Ningxia residents will have a leisure ecosystem “oxygen bar”.
