在市场经济条件下,要加强企业思想政治工作,就必须自觉地使它与经济工作更紧密地结合起来。实现了这个结合,加强就有了条件;否则,就只能削弱。硬要“加强”,就必然要“自成体系”,冲击经济工作。而要结合,又必须使思想政治工作深入到经济工作的全过程中发挥作用。 其实,生产经营的管理过程本身必然伴随着各种形式、或强或弱的思想工作;生产经营管理者在管理中已经自觉不自觉地做着一部分思想工作。而
Under the conditions of a market economy, if we want to strengthen ideological and political work in enterprises, we must conscientiously integrate it more closely with economic work.
