姚燮是清代著名文学家、画家、学者和藏书家。他在我国文学艺术史和藏书史上均有一定地位。(一)姚燮字梅伯,号野桥、又号复庄,别署甚多,常见的有上湖生、某伯、大某山民、大梅山民、复翁、复道人等,浙江镇海人。清嘉庆十年(1805)七月二十日生,当时家在镇海城内上字湖畔,故年轻时曾自署上湖生。他祖上从浙江诸暨姚公埠迁入,父名成,字惟青,是县学生。姚燮自幼聪明,五岁能作灯花诗。徐时栋在《姚
