广西高峰矿业有限责任公司巴里选矿厂是处理量为1 000 t/d的多金属选矿厂,其磨矿流程为两段一闭路流程。一段磨为粗磨,二段磨为细磨,二段磨与圆筒细筛形成闭路磨矿。二段磨为2台MQG1500×1500格子型球磨机,直径为1 500 mm,长度为1 500 mm,有效容积为2.50 m3,电动机功率为60 kW,额定转速为960 r/min。1球磨机简介该球磨机由筒体、轴1、轴2和电动机等构成,如图1所示。其中,轴1为皮带轮轴,轴2为小齿轮轴。
