当前,全国各地都把加快发展、吸引投资的重点放在投资与发展环境的建设上,以此增强本地区的吸引力和竞争力。自去年自治区召开南北疆经济工作会议之后,全疆各地也都各显其能,千方百计优化投资发展环境,迅速掀起了新一轮加快发展的热潮,形成了百舸争流、千帆竞发、奋勇争先的新格局。昌吉市作为天山北坡经济带前沿城市和州府城市,面临着前所未有的挑战与发展机遇。为此,昌吉市委、市政府将大力优化与发展环境作为一项事关全局的战略工作,在全市加快推进。
