对10家制鞋厂(全民2家,集体2家,其它为乡镇企业)所进行的苯危害调查小结如下: (一)方法:苯浓度测定用乙醚-丙酮比色法,甲苯。二甲苯用乙醚-乙醇比色法。 (二)诊断标准—GB3230—82《职业性苯中毒诊断标准及处理原则》 (三)结果:测点22个。苯浓度合格点10个,最高值350.65,几何均值70.77;三苯联合评价合格点9个,合格率40.91%。对225名使用粘合剂密切接触苯作业的工人进行了体检,检出观察对象12例(检出率为5.3%)。此次虽未发现中毒病例,但合格率低,究其原因:厂房简陋,拥挤零乱,有毒与无毒作业相混,无通风排毒设备及个人防护措施,所用粘合剂以氯丁胶为多,含毒高。
