为使光亮淬火后的零件在回火后仍能保持表面光亮,根据我厂生产的实际情况,设计制做了一台可控气氛光亮回火炉,经过多次调试和改进,现已用于生产。一、光亮回火炉的结构主要技术参数功率为10千瓦;电压为220伏。使用最高温度为680℃;电阻丝:材料为 OCr25A15,直径为3毫米,长度为24米,共两根;炉子外形尺寸:φ660×1000毫米。结构图如下。回火炉罐系用4毫米厚的1Cr18Ni9Ti 不锈钢板焊成100×100×450毫米的方形筒,上下端侧面各装一个φ6毫米黄铜输气管,
