The author experiments with rats to clarify the impact of luteinizing hormone-releasing hormone (LH-RH) on normal implantation. From the first to the seventh day of gestation, each mouse was subcutaneously injected with 500 μg of LH-RH per day, while the control animals were injected with the same amount of oil solution. From the seventh day of gestation until the fourteenth day, one group of animals were sacrificed every day, and blood was taken from the heart. Serum follicle stimulating hormone (FSH), luteinizing hormone (LH), lactogen and estradiol were measured by radioimmunoassay alcohol. Corpse check the number of normal and absorbed implants. The results showed that in 80 experimental animals injected with LH-RH, no bed was found, whereas 40 control animals had a total of 375 normal beds throughout the study period. Compared with the control group, the experimental group
