采用DSC技术测定油田用玻璃钢管的Tg,研究了不同扫描次数、试样质量和升温速度对测定结果的影响。结果表明,二次扫描会改变DSC曲线的形状,多次扫描会使Tg增高;过低的试样质量或升温速率无法形成明显的玻璃化转变台阶,而过大的试样质量或升温速率会导致台阶前后的曲线弯曲,这都不利于Tg的测定。测定时采用第1次扫描曲线,4 mg的试样和20℃/min升温速率可以获得良好的实验结果。
The DSC technique was used to determine the Tg of oilfield FRP pipes. The influence of different scanning times, sample quality and heating rate on the determination results was studied.
