Judging from the reality and goal of the reform, the following three points are of crucial importance. The first is to continue deepening the reform of state-owned enterprises in the competitive field. Some people think that the competitive state-owned enterprise reform has made a decisive victory, and the future reform should mainly focus on monopoly state-owned enterprises. This view is biased, because reform in the monopoly field certainly needs to be started and tackled, but the reform of competitive state-owned enterprises can not be relaxed either.
