目的：评价利用介入放射技术治疗产后大出血的作用。材料与方法；对6例产后大出血患者实施急诊双侧髂内动脉栓塞治疗，所用栓塞剂为明胶海绵。结果：5例大出血完全停止，1例出血明显减少，经药物继续治疗一周后出血完全停止。无1例产生严重并发症。结论：急诊髂内动脉栓塞，创伤小，止血迅速，疗效可靠，并可达到保留子宫的目的，可作为产后大出血药物治疗无效时首选的治疗方法。
OBJECTIVE: To evaluate the role of interventional radiotherapy in the treatment of postpartum hemorrhage. Materials and Methods Six patients with postpartum hemorrhage underwent bilateral internal iliac artery embolization. The embolic agent used was gelatin sponge. Results: 5 cases of hemorrhage completely stopped, 1 case of bleeding was significantly reduced, the drug continued treatment for a week after the bleeding stopped completely. No one had serious complications. Conclusion: Emergency internal iliac artery embolization, small trauma, rapid hemostasis, effective and reliable, and can achieve the purpose of retaining the uterus, can be used as postpartum hemorrhage drug treatment of choice for the preferred treatment.
