各大运营商在全面实施“宽带中国”战略过程中,既要满足大规模提速需求,又要提升资源利用率,如何实现光网络业务能力发放自动化管理工作是运营商目前面临的重大难题。针对运营商在光网络业务能力运营过程中涉及到的评估模型建立、流量采集、精确应用等三方面问题,经过运行维护实践,利用支撑手段光网络业务能力发放自动化管理,全面提升光网络业务运营能力,在支撑宽带业务发展过程中有效提升用户感知,同时缓解投资紧张压力。
