徽派盆景以苍古、奇特、遒劲立身于艺苑,是我国主要盆景派流之一。用于造型的植物材料,主要有梅花、翠柏、圓柏、罗汉松、黄山松、紫微、(?)木、天竹、榆树、金叶松,尤以梅桩驰名于世。造型形式因树种不同而异,主要有游龙式、疙瘩式、扭旋式、三台式、圓台式、枯木式、劈干式、自然式等。下面就最典型的游龙式、三台式桩景,简要地介绍一下它的造型方法。
