1.柴油机的保养维护(1)用清水清洗。1将柴油机外表的泥沙杂质冲洗干净并将柴油机内的废机油、废柴油和冷却水放净。用棍棒、绳索等固定曲轴飞轮,在气缸未清洗前不得使其转动,以防气缸进入泥沙而拉伤气缸。2清除水箱散热器、水套、水管中的泥沙杂质,并用气筒或压缩空气吹净水道孔中的杂质。3清洗疏通柴油机上的通气或贮油作用的各通孔、细小孔,认真检查各配合件有无损坏,并及时更换。(2)用燃油清洗。1拆下进气管、排气管、油箱、喷油器、气缸罩、气缸盖、各油管、柴油和机油滤清器、沼气滤清器、油底壳机油集滤器
