管理是班级日常活动的前提,有了好的管理,集体就会健康有序地运转,好成绩的取得也就变得水到渠成了。谈到管理,感触颇多,记得我刚担任班主任的时候,事无巨细,全盘抓起,累坏了自己,学生也颇有怨言。后来,我不断向老教师虚心取经,也阅读了许多文章,加之不断实践,慢慢地,自己的工作也就越来越顺手了,而这其中,由“管”到“不管”的转变则是我感触最深的地方,也就是如很多优秀班主任所说的班级管理要“无为而治”。下面我就自己的实际工作谈一点个人认识。
