为了解超市“包装食品”的管理现状 ,并间接评价“虹口区 2 0 0 0年预防保健战略目标”实施效果 ,对区内超市货架上陈列的各类包装食品的标签采用随机抽样检查 ,并依据《食品标签通用标准》 ( GB771894 )对标签中的食品名称、配料、厂名、生产日期、保质期符合与否进行逐项判定、登记。首次调查样本符合率 85.9% ,沪产、外埠产、进口包装食品标签符合率经卡方检验 χ2 =0 .9880 ,P>0 .0 5,符合率无差异 ;第 2次调查样本符合率 99.2 % ;2次调查包装食品标签符合率经卡方检验 χ2 =4 1.86,P <0 .0 1,差异有显著性。说明超市“包装食品”标签符合率基本接近或达到了“2 0 0 0年预防保健战略目标”的要求。但仍有一些包装食品标签不规范、不符合要求 ,需加大对包装食品的监督管理力度。另外 ,对沪产、外埠产、进口包装食品进行管理时 ,不能有偏颇
