在中原经济区建设如火如荼的今天,对于职业院校而言,如何让所培养的人才更好的服务于中原经济区建设,让人才适得其所,找到自我发展的空间非常重要。因此如何让校园和社会接轨,如何培养学生各方面的素质,能够利用自身优势服务中原经济区建设,是对一所职业院校的一项硬性考验。因此,职业学校应在校园文化和学生素质培养上符合中原经济区建设所需人才的标准,利用职业院校的优势,通过各种途径提升校园文化的专业性和方向性,利用学生在校期间,熏陶、引导和培养具备专业性强、职业素质良好的学生,使其在中原经济区建设中发挥促进作用。广大职业院校也应以主动融入、主动服务中原经济区建设为己任,加强内涵建设,实现科学发展,在加快中原经济区建设中努力提高校园文化的育人水准。
