目的 :评估电视内窥镜在喉显微外科手术中的应用价值。方法 :1 8例在传统显微喉镜下施行手术时由于暴露困难或存在观察盲区而无法完成手术的病例 ,改用电视内窥镜进行手术 ,总结手术效果。结果 :1 8例患者中 1 7例在电视内窥镜下顺利完成手术 ,效果满意。结论 :在支撑喉镜的基础上应用电视内窥镜进行喉显微外科手术 ,不强调支撑喉镜将会厌撑起到直视下完全暴露喉腔病灶 ,通过不同角度内窥镜就能全面观察喉腔情况 ,其视野图像清晰、彩色、动态 ,具有较强的立体感。电视内窥镜可以替代传统显微喉镜完成绝大多数显微手术 ,而且可以完成某些在传统显微喉镜因视野暴露不佳或存在观察盲区而无法完成的手术。
Objective: To evaluate the value of television endoscopy in laryngeal microsurgery. Methods: One hundred and eight cases underwent operation with conventional endoscopic microlaryngoscope due to poor exposure or blind spots in the observation area. Results: Among the 18 patients, 17 patients underwent satisfactory endoscopic surgery. Conclusion: Based on the support laryngoscope, laryngeal microsurgery using TV endoscopy, without emphasis on the support laryngoscope will play a full view of the laryngeal lesions under direct vision, can be fully observed through different angles of the endoscope Throat, the visual field of its image clear, color, dynamic, with a strong sense of three-dimensional. TV endoscopes can perform most microsurgery as an alternative to traditional microlaryngoscopes and can perform certain procedures that can not be performed with conventional microlarylaryngoscopes due to poor field of vision exposure or the presence of blind spots.
