转化生长因子β1与心房颤动的研究进展

转化生长因子-β1(TGF-β1)可引起心房纤维化,而纤维化导致的心房结构重构在心房颤动(AF)的发生发展中起着重要作用。本文就近年来TGF-β1与AF的研究进展作一综述。

Transforming growth factor-β1 (TGF-β1) can cause atrial fibrosis, and atrial fibrillation-induced atrial structural remodeling plays an important role in the development of atrial fibrillation (AF). This review summarizes the progress of TGF-β1 and AF in recent years.
