基于现代分析方法,可以在计算机上对冲击式水轮机转轮的水力设计和机械设计进行模拟和检查。鉴于近年来设计方法的巨大进步,可以优化其设计过程,以便从设计过程的起步阶段就可综合考虑动态和静态荷载的力学问题。这意味着可以实现高质量的设计、精确的频率分析及专门的制造工艺。这种从一开始就针对静态和动态问题把水力设计和机械设计结合起来的设计方法,改进了质量,降低了制造成本,同时缩短了工期。
Based on modern analytical methods, the hydraulic and mechanical design of the impulse turbine runner can be simulated and inspected on a computer. Given the tremendous advances in design methods in recent years, the design process can be optimized so that the mechanical problems of dynamic and static loads can be considered synthetically from the very beginning of the design process. This means high-quality design, accurate frequency analysis and specialized manufacturing processes. This design approach, which combined hydraulic and mechanical design for both static and dynamic issues from the beginning, improves quality, reduces manufacturing costs, and shortens construction time.
