混凝土的收缩能导致构件的开裂,为研究某工程中厚楼板混凝土在施工期的开裂性能,进行了棱柱体试件在标准养护条件下的收缩性能试验研究,并分析了不同配筋率对混凝土收缩的影响,提出了添加膨胀剂的混凝土考虑配筋率影响的自由收缩简化计算方法。研究结果表明:采用埋入式振弦应变计的测量方法可以较好测得应变发展规律;膨胀剂的添加方案较好地抵消了收缩应变,防止了施工期裂缝的发生.随着配筋率的增加,混凝土的收缩幅值减少,可以进一步减少裂缝的发生。
The shrinkage of concrete can lead to cracking of components. In order to study the cracking performance of thick slab concrete during construction period, the shrinkage behavior of prismatic specimens under standard curing conditions was studied. The effects of different reinforcement ratio on concrete Shrinkage, we propose a simplified method for calculating the free shrinkage of concrete with expansive agent considering the effect of reinforcement ratio.
