目的探讨分析在药物流产手术中应用益母丸和缩宫素的临床效果。方法采取随机的方式将2013年2月~2014年5月应用米非司酮配伍米索前列醇片实施终止早孕的80例健康妇女划分为对照组和观察组,两组例数均为40例,其中观察组在实施药物流产术的同时服用益母丸,且在第3天注射缩宫素;对照组实施单纯的药物流产术,观察两组妇女完全流产率和流产以后阴道出血情况,并进行比较分析。结果观察组完全流产率为95.0%,对照组妇女完全流产率为80.0%,组间差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组妇女在阴道出血上所存差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论从本次研究的结果来看,在药物流产手术中,应用益母丸和缩宫素,可有效提高流产率,同时还能减少手术后阴道出血量,缩短其出血时间,值得在临床中应用和推广。
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Yimu Pill and oxytocin in medical abortion.
