1.改进原因目前国内轻型桥式起重机卷筒组主要由减速器1、联轴器2、卷筒3、轴承支座4组成,其中联轴器2与卷筒3为柔性连接结构。卷筒3长度大都在3m左右,如图1所示。在实际使用中,我们发现减速器1与卷筒3连接结构存在以下4个问题:一是联轴器2与卷筒3的配合面比较大,配合精度难以保证;二是联轴器2装配时需要留有适当的调整间隙。对装配工人的技能要求较高;三是减速器1与卷筒3组装在小车架上以后,其同轴度误差较大。影响减速器使用寿命;四是加工成本较高。针对上述问题,我们对
