我们厂生产奇数槽的丝锥,中径测量是个关键。用奇数槽千分尺三针法测量太麻烦,效率低,适应不了生产要求。用丝锥中径比较仪,由于结构和量爪磨损,测量误差较大,很难保证验收丝锥中径公差的要求。我们认为中径比较仪主要存在的问题:1.该量仪结构误差较大,量头磨损后不易修复。一个比较仪每种规格的量爪只带一套,用不了多久量头就磨损了,该比较仪也就不能用了。2.量头受螺距和半角误差的影响。
