采用微量酶联免疫吸附技术对病毒唑-安■剂双盲法对照治疗EHF的患者血清特异性IgG及IgM抗体进行了系统的动态观察和比较,发现病毒唑治疗组两种抗体水平均较安慰剂对照组为低,说明患者用药后体内特异性体液免疫反应水平有所下降,从而减少免疫复合物的形成,有利于病情改善。
Serum-specific IgG and IgM antibodies in patients treated with ribavirin-Ann ■ double-blind control EHF were systematically observed by micro-enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) and compared with each other. The results showed that both anti-ribavirin and ribavirin Dose control group is low, indicating that the patient’s body-specific humoral immune response decreased after treatment, thus reducing the formation of immune complexes, is conducive to the improvement of the disease.
