两种低剂量水合物抑制剂 (LD HI)已成功地进行了现场应用试验 ,它们分别是抗聚结类 (AA)水合物抑制剂和AA/动态聚合类抑制剂的合成水合物抑制剂。一般在 30 0m以下的深度 ,高压、低井底温度和焦耳 -汤姆逊效应会为水合物的形成创造良好的条件。在应用这些低剂量水合物抑制剂进行处理之前 ,尽管对气井采用4 0 0~ 5 0 0L甲醇进行了处理 ,但是气井仍旧每天发生水合物堵塞。本文在对试验井的基本情况进行描述的基础上 ,对两种LDHI和它们的现场应用情况进行了详细的论述
Two low dose hydrate inhibitors (LD HI) have been successfully tested in field applications as synthetic hydrate inhibitors against coalescing (AA) hydrate inhibitors and AA / dynamic polymerization inhibitors, respectively. Depths typically below 30 m, high pressures, low downhole temperatures and Joule-Thomson effects create good conditions for hydrate formation. Before the treatment with these low dose hydrate inhibitors, the gas wells were still clogged daily with hydrates, despite the use of 400 to 500 L of methanol in the gas wells. Based on the description of the basic situation of the test well, this paper discusses two kinds of LDHI and their field applications in detail
