LADG在其适应症胃癌的治疗中因其显著地微创性使其对于合并心肺基础疾病的患者极为有利~([1])。随着腹腔镜胃癌手术的迅速发展,目前有研究表明腹腔镜辅助胃癌根治在轻中度COPD患者是安全可行的~([2])。本研究前瞻性分析本院胃肠外科2014年01月至2015年06月的50例随机分组胃癌病例,分析LADG在本院COPD胃癌患者的术中、术后临床资料,现报道如下。1资料与方法
LADG is extremely beneficial for patients with cardiopulmonary underlying diseases due to its remarkably minimal invasiveness in the treatment of gastric cancer with its indications (1). With the rapid development of laparoscopic surgery for gastric cancer, there are studies showing that laparoscopic-assisted radical gastrectomy is safe and feasible in patients with mild-to-moderate COPD (2).
