牡丹江在黑龙江省对俄沿边开放中的地位举足轻重。我们要拓展对外开放广度和深度,提高开放型经济水平,在保持出口平稳增长的同时,加快转变外贸发展方式,优化出口结构,提高产品出口质量、档次及附加值。积极扩大进口,加强多边双边和区域经济合作。在推进改革开放中,加强现代市场体系建设,大力发展现代流通。2007年牡丹江市实现进出口总值76.38亿美元,同比增长23.3%,对外开放水平有了很大提高。
Mudanjiang plays a decisive role in the opening up of Russia to Russia along the border in Heilongjiang Province. In 2007, Mudanjiang City achieved a total import and export value of 7.638 billion U.S. dollars, an increase of 23.3% over the same period of last year. The level of opening to the outside world has greatly improved.
