1980年以来,我院对15例单侧慢性肾盂肾炎患者(不包括有泌尿系梗阻、畸形、结石等因素的病例)经手术切除患肾而在短期内治愈,现报告如下。临床资料男2例,女13例,年龄19～54岁,平均30.3岁。均单侧发病,左8例,右7例。病程1～5年。临床表现:膀胱刺激症11例,肉眼血尿4例,腰痛5例,高血压2例,上腹包块1例。尿细
Since 1980, our hospital for 15 patients with unilateral chronic pyelonephritis (excluding urinary tract obstruction, malformations, stones and other factors in the case) by surgical removal of the kidney and cure in the short term, are as follows.
