Japan developed a non-coherent C-band pulsed radar transponder and a guidance decoder for measuring Mu rocket trajectory and transmitting radio-guided system command data. The transponder has a receiver with a high sensitivity (-70dbm) and a wide dynamic range (65db) that can withstand the wide range of RF input levels and a large transmit power (minimum peak power of 400W) that can transmit a small drift , Jitter small (30 nanoseconds) ranging pulse response transmitter. The electromagnetic compatibility between the transmitter and the receiver is achieved by means of electromagnetic shielding and circuit measures. Decoder design is to use ’6 sentence 3’ instruction code and “verify the implementation of” the instruction sequence to reduce the error decoding probability.
