我公司承建的某工程对地脚螺栓位置的精度要求比较高,因而必须对螺栓进行比较精确的定位。其具体施工方法如下。施工中,在需要安装地脚螺栓的位置固定一块板,测定出螺栓的准确位置,在该位置钻一个大小与螺栓外径相当的通孔,然后将螺栓插入孔中,调整好螺栓上螺母的位置,使螺丝牙的长度符合要求,如图1所示。为了防止螺栓偏斜,设计了以下两种不同方案。
