目的:研究南海红树林内生真菌ZH-4d的代谢产物。方法:采用反复硅胶柱色谱法、Sephadex LH-20凝胶色谱法等进行分离纯化,并通过理化常数测定和光谱分析鉴定其化学结构。结果:从南海红树林内生真菌ZH-4d的培养液中分离得到6个代谢产物。经波谱解析,分别为citrinin(1),tenellic acid C(2),tenellic acid A(3),terretonin(4),echinulin(5),(E)-4,6-dimethoxy-3-[4-oxo-5-(prop-1-enyl)-4H-pyran-2-yl]-isobenzofuran-1(3H)-one(6)。初步药理活性显示化合物1对口腔癌细胞KB,KBv200的抗肿瘤活性分别为0.08,0.09 mmol·L-1。结论:所有化合物均首次从南海红树林内生真菌ZH-4d中分离得到。
Objective: To study the metabolites of mangrove endophytic ZH-4d in the South China Sea. Methods: The compounds were isolated and purified by repeated silica gel column chromatography and Sephadex LH-20 gel chromatography. Their chemical structures were identified by physico-chemical constants and spectral analysis. Results: Six metabolites were isolated from the culture broth of mangrove endophytic ZH-4d in the South China Sea. Spectral analysis showed that citrinin (1), tenellic acid C (2), tenellic acid A (3), terretonin (4), echinulin oxo-5- (prop-1-enyl) -4H-pyran-2-yl] -isobenzofuran-1 (3H) -one (6). The preliminary pharmacological activity showed that the antitumor activity of compound 1 on oral cancer cells KB and KBv200 were 0.08 and 0.09 mmol·L -1, respectively. Conclusion: All the compounds were isolated from the endophytic fungus ZH-4d in the South China Sea for the first time.
