在时光的流逝和岁月的嬗变中,二十一世纪的脚步悄然而至,未来的中国经历着改革的巨变,象东升的旭日,带着世纪的颜彩,使未来的税收呈现秋日般的富丽。可以这样说,随着经济等各方面的可持续发展,税收将在社会各个领域、各个行业进一步渗透,税收改革有着更广阔、更完善的空间,同时还存在着与西方税收互补的因素。因此,税收占尽了天时、地利、人和,在世界范围内,中国的税收将呈现新的面容。为适应国际经济发展趋势对我国税收的总体要求,我们有必要做进一步的税收趋势预测。
