黑龙江省平原漫岗区地平沟深,沟道既宽又深长,汇流速度快,洪水来去迅猛,季节性洪水侵蚀严重,现处于中年发展时期,20世纪60～90年代沟道每年以300～500m的速度延伸,沟床每年以0 2～0 3m的速度下切。实践中探索出的削坡筑堤造林法、沟内栽植植物谷坊、修建拦沟式闸堤治沟新措施,均收到了好的防治效果,可以在适宜地区推广应用。
