目的:运用GC-MS技术比较川白芷不同品种(系)挥发油的组分和含量。方法:采用乙醇超声法,对8个川白芷品种(系)进行处理,以水蒸气蒸馏方法提取挥发油;运用GC-MS技术对各品种(系)挥发油组分进行分析,采用面积归一法计算其相对百分含量。结果:8个供试品种(系)挥发油中共鉴定出78个化合物,主要含醇类和碳烯类化合物;8个品种(系)挥发油中分别鉴定出40,33,36,38,38,42,33,36种组分,共有组分为12种。除B-6品系外,共有组分均占挥发油总量的50%以上。试验结果还表明,仅B-7品系挥发油中含较高含量吡嗪类化合物。结论:川白芷不同品种(系)挥发油组分和含量总体一致,但也存在一定差异,这为川白芷资源进一步合理开发利用提供了科学依据。
OBJECTIVE: To compare the components and contents of the volatile oil from different varieties (lines) of Radix Angelicae Sinensis by GC-MS. Methods: Eight Chinese cabbage Angelica dahurica cultivars (lines) were treated by ethanol ultrasonic method, and the volatile oil was extracted by steam distillation. The volatile oil components of all varieties (lines) were analyzed by GC-MS. Its relative percentage. Results: A total of 78 compounds were identified from the volatile oils of 8 cultivars (lines), mainly containing alcohol and carbene compounds. Among the 8 varieties (strains), 40, 33, 36, 38, 38 and 42 , 33,36 kinds of components, a total of 12 kinds of components. In addition to B-6 strains, the total components account for more than 50% of the total volatile oil. The test results also showed that only B-7 strain volatile oil containing higher levels of pyrazine compounds. CONCLUSION: The components and contents of volatile oil in different varieties (lines) of Chuan Baizhi are the same, but there are also some differences. This provides a scientific basis for further rational development and utilization of Chuan Baizhi’s resources.
