报纸的新闻报道要改革,报纸的经营管理也要改革,这是我们新闻事业发展的两项并行不悖的任务。而经营管理的深化改革,需要我们来一个思想解放,大胆探索和勇于开创,强化经营管理的自觉意识。首先,要改变那种重编报,轻经营管理的思想。注意办好报纸,把办好报纸当成中心任务,这当然是对的。因为没有报纸,也就谈不上报纸的经营了。可是办好一张报纸如何用最少的投入,产出一张最好的报纸呢?我们新闻界有的同行在这个问题上,不像
