目的 建立细菌及内毒素( Lipopolysacchsride, L P S) 快速诱导大鼠实验性牙髓炎模型的方法。方法 采用口腔细菌与革兰氏阴性类杆菌 L P S联合运用, 以产生大鼠实验性牙髓炎, 并在其不同时期, 观察牙髓组织的病理变化及疾病发展过程。结果 (1) 细菌- L P S混合组较之生理盐水组, 除24h 时间段上无明显差异外, 其它各时间段上牙髓组织充血、水肿、炎性浸润均明显甚于生理盐水组。(2) 牙髓内共存有纤维增生以及成纤维细胞向成牙本质细胞增殖分化等牙髓组织修复现象。结论 细菌- L P S 联合运用可快速诱导产生大鼠实验性牙髓炎。
Objective To establish a method for rapidly inducing rat experimental pulpitis by using bacterial and endotoxin (Lipopolysacchride, L P S). Methods Oral bacteria and gram-negative bacilli L P S were used in combination to produce experimental pulpitis in rats. At different stages, pathological changes and development of dental pulp were observed. Results (1) Compared with the normal saline group, there was no significant difference in the bacterial-L P S mixed group except for the 24h group, while the hyperemia, edema and inflammatory infiltration in the pulp group were significantly more than those in the normal saline group. (2) Co-existence of fibrous pulp in the dental pulp and the proliferation of fibroblasts to odontoblasts and other dental pulp tissue repair phenomenon. Conclusion Bacterial - L P S combination can rapidly induce rat experimental pulpitis.
