目的 探讨大鼠肾移植急性排斥反应中 Fas/FasL,B细胞淋巴瘤基因 2(Bcl -2)/Bax与细胞凋亡在免疫反应中的作用。方法 应用免疫组织化学法、原位杂交法及原位 DNA片段末端标记法,在大鼠移植后5 d分别检测 Fas/FasL、Bcl- 2/Bax和细胞凋亡在大鼠肾移植模型中的表达。结果 细胞凋亡、Fas/FasL表达及Bcl- 2/Bax mRNA的表达主要在移植肾小管上皮细胞发生,凋亡指数、Fas/FasL和Bax在急性排斥组的表达明显高于对照组,差异有显著意义(P<0. 05),Bcl- 2 的表达在两组之间差异无显著意义(P>0 .05)。结论 肾小管上皮细胞凋亡在大鼠移植肾急性排斥反应所致的移植肾损伤中起重要作用,Fas/FasL及 Bcl- 2/Bax系统可能参与移植肾急性排斥反应,是造成肾小管上皮细胞凋亡的重要因素。
