在我们谈论组织如何创新时,除了理性的架构机制,其实始终有另一股鲜活的力量在支撑创新挺过最艰难的时刻,做出最勇敢的决策,最终让成功成为可能。它是什么?马布里的“拧巴”竞技体育,往往是将组织起伏、人生成败加以浓缩而感性呈现的最佳形式。这也是我屡次谈论体育赛事的原因。2013~2014的CBA联赛,在一个月前已随北京金隅男篮三年两冠而落幕。但是CBA当之无愧的最佳领袖,即我前年曾在卷首语里赞美过的马布里,在这曲终人散的日子里,依然在不断启迪着我。
