在世界信息科技技术的不断发展下,信息化已经影响到了当前社会的方方面面。在经济建设过程中,信息化所具有的重要作用也日益显著,企业的发展离不开信息化的建设。中小型企业作为市场的重要组成部分,是影响经济持续发展的重要环节,其运营、发展直接关乎着总体的经济水平。许许多多的中小企业为了提升自身,开始走上了信息化的道路。在企业的人力资源管理过程中,采用信息化技术帮助中小企业极大地降低经营成本提高效率,增强了自身在市场中的竞争力。本文对中小企业在人力资源管理上实现信息化这一方面的现状进行分析,寻找潜在的问题,给出了完善相应管理信息化的建议,以期有所裨益。
With the continuous development of information technology in the world, informationization has affected all aspects of the current society. In the process of economic construction, the important role that information has played is increasingly significant. The development of enterprises can not be separated from the construction of informationization. As an important part of the market, small and medium-sized enterprises are an important part of the sustained economic development. Their operation and development are directly related to the overall economic level. Many small and medium enterprises in order to enhance their own, embarked on the road to information technology. In the process of enterprise human resource management, using information technology to help SMEs greatly reduce operating costs and improve efficiency and enhance their competitiveness in the market. This article analyzes the status quo of SMEs in the realization of human resources management information, looking for potential problems, gives recommendations to improve the appropriate management information, with a view to some benefits.
