安全生产,是任何一个煤矿企业生产的重中之重。由于煤矿生产过程中,会在矿井中出现大量的甲烷等极易燃烧、爆炸的气体,一旦发生事故会极大地危害到矿工的生命安全。因此,为了杜绝这一现象,有必要及时、准确地检测出煤矿内的甲烷浓度,并且及时进行报警。文章研究了煤矿内的瓦斯监控系统的硬件和软件的构成,并做了相应的设计,希望能够通过研究,为煤矿的安全生产能力提供一定的参考和借鉴。
Safe production is the most important part of any coal mining enterprise. Due to the large amount of methane and other flammable and explosive gases in the coal mines during the coal mine production, once the accident occurs, it will greatly endanger the life of miners. Therefore, in order to eliminate this phenomenon, it is necessary to timely and accurately detect the concentration of methane in coal mines, and timely alarm. This paper studies the composition of the hardware and software of the gas monitoring system in the coal mine and makes the corresponding design. It is hoped that this study can provide certain reference and reference for the coal mine safety production capacity through research.
