十一届三中全会以来,我校把培养青年教师作为一项战略任务来抓,培养了青年教学骨干。刚走上工作岗位的中师生,是学校的新鲜血液。他们一般思想活跃、敏锐,上进心强,但受生活经历等方面的限制,对实际缺乏了解,看问题容易片面。过去我们只注意他们的短处,忽略了长处,采取“以老促新”的做法容易刺伤他们的积极性,到头来只能变成“人云亦云”的毫无特色
Since the Third Plenary Session of the 11th CPC Central Committee, our school has taken the cultivation of young teachers as a strategic task and has trained the backbone of young teaching. The teachers and students who have just embarked on the job are the fresh blood of the school. They are generally active, sensitive, and motivated. However, due to limitations in life experience and other aspects, they lack an understanding of the actual situation and the problems are easily overlooked. In the past, we only paid attention to their shortcomings, neglected their strengths, and they took the initiative of “promoting new ones with old ones”, which easily stabbed them. In the end, it turned out to be “peopled” with no features
