亚太经济合作组织(APEC)自成立以来.经短短的六年时间,由一个缓慢的松散的经济协议体,飞速发展到如今的制度化的经济合作体,以至成功地采纳区域贸易投资自由化宣言。当今在包罗世界各种矛盾的亚太地区,区域性经济集团化打破惯例而以前所未有的惊人的速度迅速进展,引起了包括APEC的会员国在内的全世界的关注。诚然,亚太地区做为小世界,APEC的产生和发展不仅对亚太地区的经济合作,而且对全球的经济国际化和世界化,将会产生深远的影响。本文试就APEC的形成、发展及其前景做简略的剖析,以正确地认识和把握APEC,进而为我们制定对APEC的对策提供砖瓦。
Since its establishment, the Asia-Pacific Economic Cooperation (APEC) has rapidly developed from a slow and loose economic agreement body to today’s institutionalized economic cooperation entity and successfully adopted regional trade and investment liberalization declaration. Nowadays, in an Asia-Pacific region that contains all kinds of contradictions in the world, regional economic groupings have broken the routine and made rapid and unprecedented progress at an alarming rate, arousing worldwide concern including APEC member states. To be sure, as a small world in the Asia-Pacific region, the emergence and development of APEC will have far-reaching effects not only on economic cooperation in the Asia-Pacific region, but also on the globalization and globalization of the global economy. This paper tries to make a brief analysis on the formation, development and prospect of APEC in order to correctly understand and grasp APEC, and to provide a brick for our formulation of APEC countermeasures.
