近几年来国家大力发展职业技术教育,但是,中等职业学校对社会、对家长的吸引力却越来越小了,全靠政府补贴来维持,职业学校的生存发展面临着巨大的挑战,所以,深化中等职业教育改革显得十分必要和紧迫。新一轮教学大纲的出台,为中等职工学校的教育教学指明了方向;新一轮课程改革为中等职工学校提高教育教学质量提供了保障。教育教学过程中应“以就业为导向、以能力为本位、以实践为中心、以获得职业资格为标志、以促进学生职业生涯发展为目标”。
In recent years, the state has made great efforts to develop vocational and technical education. However, secondary vocational schools are less and less attractive to the society and to their parents. They are all supported by government subsidies. The survival and development of vocational schools face enormous challenges. Therefore, It is very necessary and urgent to deepen the reform of secondary vocational education. The introduction of a new round of syllabus for secondary vocational schools pointed out the direction of education and teaching; a new round of curriculum reform for secondary vocational schools to improve the quality of education and teaching provides a guarantee. In the process of education and teaching, “employment-oriented, ability-based, practice-centered, vocational qualification as a symbol to promote career development of students as the goal.”
